I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 and up, both in person and through telehealth. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I believe therapy isn’t about someone else giving you all the answers. Instead, it’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop the insight and skills needed to move forward with greater confidence and intention.

My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we may work on reframing unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening emotional regulation and mindfulness skills, and identifying the values that can help guide the life you want to create.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anger management, parenting challenges, body image concerns, and disordered eating. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum concerns, infertility, and other significant life transitions.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. I’ll meet you where you are, help you explore what you need, and support you as you discover solutions that feel authentic and sustainable for your life.
